Job Title: Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Remote (Must be Licensed in Kentucky)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Remote Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual speech and language services to K12 students in Kentucky. This position involves delivering teletherapy, conducting evaluations, and supporting students with communication disorders to thrive academically and socially within a remote learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:Provide direct virtual speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs or 504 Plans
Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech-language needs
Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
Participate in virtual IEP and eligibility meetings
Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and school staff to support student goals
Utilize secure teletherapy platforms and digital tools for therapy and data collection
Stay current with best practices, state regulations, and continuing education requirements
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid Kentucky Speech-Language Pathology License
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (or eligibility)
Minimum 1 year of school-based or pediatric experience
Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and technology for virtual service delivery
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Reliable internet connection and a private, distraction-free workspace
Experience delivering teletherapy services
Familiarity with IEP platforms (e.g., Infinite Campus, SEIS, IEP Anywhere)
Bilingual (Spanish/English or ASL) a plus
Experience with AAC devices and alternative communication strategies
Fully remote
Flexible scheduling based on student needs and provider availability
Must be located in the U.S. and licensed to practice in Kentucky
