Position: Full-Time SLPA

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a school-based team and assist with providing speech and language therapy services. If you're passionate about helping students succeed and have experience in a school setting, we encourage you to apply!

What You'll Do:

• Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) in evaluating and treating students speech, language, and communication needs.

• Work with students individually and in groups to address communication goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.

• Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to create a supportive, effective communication plan.

• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress reports.

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students' educational plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

• Experience working with school-aged children is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
