Overview:
Soliant is seeking three Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a team for the 20252026 school year. These roles offer a supportive environment, manageable caseloads, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on students communication and academic success.

Available Positions:

Position #1: Full-Time - Elementary & Learning Center (60/40 Split)

• Caseload: Approximately 35 students across both sites

• Collaborate with 1 SLP at the elementary school and 3 SLPs at the learning center

• Focused on providing therapy, evaluations, and caseload support in a team-based model

Position #2: Full-Time - High School

• Caseload: Approximately 3540 students

• Serve a diverse population of high school students with speech-language needs

• Work independently with strong district and peer support

Position #3: Part-Time - Elementary School

• Schedule: 2 days per week

• Provide support to the full-time SLP managing a higher caseload

• Ideal for someone seeking flexible hours in a collaborative environment

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Missouri SLP License (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs encouraged to apply

• Prior school-based experience a plus
