An opportunity is available for several full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support elementary school caseloads in the South/Southeast region near Kyle, TX. This contract position spans the next school year, providing an excellent chance to make a meaningful difference in students communication development within a focused and manageable workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary students in no more than 1-2 school sites.
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans addressing student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students in school settings.
- Ability to manage a full caseload focused on speech and language therapy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work at no more than two sites to ensure consistent service delivery.
