Position Snapshot
Schedule 1025 patientfacing hours weekly. Flexible weekday blocks; optional Sat. mornings. Clinic handles marketing, scheduling, and billing so you can focus on treatment.
Compensation $40$50 per billable hour DOE + $250 annual CEU stipend + Retirement plan match + Healthcare contribution + Yearend performance bonus + Free sports acupuncture

What Youll Do
Deliver high-level manual therapy (trigger point, myofascial, sports massage) that shortens return-to-play timelines.
Perform targeted intakeidentify functional limitations, review medical history, and define measurable goals.
Create and adjust evidence-based care plans; chart progress using SOAP notes in our EMR.
Educate patients on mobility, strength, and recovery strategies they can perform at home.
Collaborate with Dr. Heide on integrated treatment approaches; participate in weekly staff training.
Maintain a spotless treatment room that reflects a professional medical environment.
Must-Have Qualifications
Active Oregon OBMT license in good standing.
Current personal liability/malpractice insurance.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance and infectious-disease protocols.
Nice-to-Have (Well Train the Right Candidate)
1+ year treating sports or chronic-pain patients.
Familiarity with trigger point dry-needling theory, myofascial release, or instrument-assisted techniques.
Recent cultural-competency coursework.
What Success Looks Like in Six Months
90 %+ patient re-booking rate and top-quartile patient-satisfaction scores.
Independently managing a near-full schedule (15+ billable hrs/week) sourced from our referral base.
Active contribution to interdisciplinary case reviews and in-house education.

Direct mentorship in sports acupuncture and rehab protocols.
Optional growth to full-time, Lead LMT, or clinic-manager roles within 1224 months.
