Doctor of Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant MUST BE LICEN

Successful Memphis outpatient Physical Therapy and rehabilitation clinic is in need of a licensed Physical Therapist or PTA to join our team. We are seeking a motivated candidate who wishes to grow into the future and take on leadership roles.
Would prefer a candidate with some experience in leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assess patient conditions through physical examinations and medical history.
-Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
-Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities (e.g., heat, cold, electrical stimulation).
-Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention.
-Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
-Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
Skills Required:
-Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and systems
-Problem-solving skills to adapt treatments based on patient responses.
Work Environment:
-rehabilitation center, small private office, all the nice equipment needed and provided, calm, positive healing wholistic environment.
Education and Licensing:
-A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred for this senor position however, we will consider all resumes
-State licensure is mandatory to practice as a physical therapist in the state of TN
