What You'll Do
Provide individual, family, and group counseling for children and teens
Deliver therapy using evidence-based modalities and a trauma-informed lens
Support families with coaching and psychoeducation
Complete assessments, create treatment plans, and collaborate with our in-house therapy and behavioral health team
Help families navigate diagnoses like anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, grief, or life transitions
Accurately document services and ensure insurance compliance
Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, care, and compassion
What You Bring
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Licensed or license-eligible: LPC, LPCC, LCSW, or similar
Strong communication skills - verbal, written, and interpersonal
A calm, collaborative presence and the ability to build trust with families
Bonus: experience or passion for working with pediatrics
