The ideal candidate will have school-based experience and a passion for helping students reach their communication goals. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with IEP goals and state guidelines Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid California SLP License or Credential Prior experience in a school setting preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
