Soliant is partnering with a supportive school district in Spokane, Washington , to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 20252026 school year . This is a great opportunity to work with a collaborative educational team, support a diverse student population, and help students improve their communication and academic success.

We welcome both experienced SLPs and strong Clinical Fellows (CFYs) to apply!

• Conduct assessments and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

• Maintain documentation of services and progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with staff and families

• Work with a K12 caseload (specifics discussed during interview)

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Active Washington SLP license (or ability to obtain before start date)

• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or CFY accepted

• Prior school-based experience preferred, but not required

• Weekly, competitive W2 pay
