Quick Facts:

• Monday Friday, 36 40 hours per week
• Mixed pediatric and adult outpatient caseload
• Split schedule between two outpatient clinics
• EMR: Epic
• Experience with CVA, concussion, vestibular, and neuro diagnosis required
• Orthopedic experience required
• 13-week assignment length
• Minimum 2 years outpatient therapy experience required
