Case Manager

Marathon Staffing is currently seeking a Case Manager . This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in the community.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of substance use and mental health issues

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and participate in weekly sessions

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Conduct site checks

• Provide direct case management services (DCCM)

• Complete evaluations and written reports, including treatment plans and recommendations

• Meet with individuals one-on-one (in person or virtually)

• Submit reports within 5 business days of each evaluation interview

Expectations:

• Conduct all duties with professionalism and respect

• Verify documents and gather required information

• Provide court testimony as needed

• Maintain appropriate business casual attire

• Hold and maintain any required certifications or licenses

• Be adaptable to a flexible schedule of 30 hours a week
