Speech Pathology - Kansas City, MO

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist role is available at an early childhood center in Kansas City, MO. This position runs from October 5, 2025 to December 19, 2025, with the possibility of extension. The role is contract-based, offering approximately 37.5 hours per week, primarily focusing on children on the autism spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services tailored to young childrens developmental needs.
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and track progress for children receiving services.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support communication development, particularly for children on the spectrum.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications:

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• State licensure as an SLP or appropriate school-based SLP certification.
• Experience working in early childhood settings is preferred.
• Proven ability to work effectively with children on the autism spectrum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Location: On-site position in Kansas City, Missouri at an early childhood center dedicated to serving young learners.
