Patient Care Coordinator

We are looking for a self motivated, energetic front/back office Patient Care Coordinator. The right candidate loves working with patients and has a great ability to multi-task. Job includes front and back office responsibilities. This is a part time friendly and fast paced environment!
Hours:
Monday 8:30 am to 4 pm
Wednesday 8:30 am to 4 pm
Thursday 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
