A full-time Teacher for Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH) students is needed for a K-12 school in Colorado Springs, CO. This full-semester contract role offers the opportunity to deliver specialized instruction tailored to the needs of students with hearing impairments during the 2025-2026 school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students who are deaf or hard of hearing
  • Provide direct classroom instruction and support using appropriate communication methods
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, speech-language pathologists, and audio technicians to ensure accessibility and inclusion
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with families and school staff

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certification or licensure in Teaching Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH)
