Full Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)- SANTA MONICA, CA

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Santa Monica, CA. This opportunity allows you to provide direct therapy services, conduct evaluations, and support students with speech and language challenges in a collaborative educational environment. Position Overview:

• Schedule: Full-time | 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success

• Provide direct therapy services and conduct assessments as needed

• Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines

• Support an inclusive learning environment that meets diverse communication needs

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Active CA SLP license (or ability to obtain)

• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs may be considered with strong supervision available

• School-based experience is a plus but not required
