Speech-Language Pathologist Needed Support Communication in Warren County Schools

Warren County Schools is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver therapy and assessments that help students build strong communication skills for success in school and life. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, student-focused team.

Position Overview:
As an SLP, you will evaluate student needs, create individualized therapy plans, and provide interventions to address a wide range of speech and language challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and prepare detailed reports

• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

• Address articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatic communication

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress

• Attend IEP meetings and provide recommendations and updates

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Kentucky SLP License

• Kentucky Department of Education Certification for School-Based SLPs

• ASHA CCC strongly preferred

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours

• Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district needs)
