Passaic City Schools is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to help students develop essential fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills. Join a supportive team dedicated to building confidence and success for every learner.

About the Role:
In this position, you will assess student needs, design targeted treatment plans, and deliver therapy to help students thrive in and out of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough occupational therapy evaluations and prepare clear reports

• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP objectives

• Address fine motor coordination, self-help skills, and sensory integration needs

• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor progress

• Attend IEP meetings to share recommendations and contribute to planning

• Keep accurate records consistent with district and state guidelines

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active New Jersey Occupational Therapy License

• New Jersey DOE Certification for school-based practice

• Prior experience in school or pediatric settings preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Position Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours

• Caseload: K12 students (assignments based on district needs)
