• Certification Required:

  • Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) issued by the NCTRC

  • or Recreation Therapist Certified (RTC) issued by the CBRTC

• Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree with a concentration in Recreational Therapy

  • or Completion of RT-specific coursework + paid therapeutic recreation work experience

• Caseload: PreK8 students

• Employment Type: W-2 Contract Position

• Weekly Hours: 2035 hours (subject to change based on district needs)
