Manchester School District is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to help students build the communication skills they need to thrive in school and beyond. Join a team committed to making a meaningful impact in every classroom.
About This Role:
As an SLP, you will evaluate student needs, develop personalized therapy plans, and deliver interventions that promote clarity and confidence in communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and document findings
Design and deliver therapy plans aligned with IEP goals and student strengths
Provide intervention for articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatic skills
Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor progress
Participate in IEP meetings to offer insights and recommendations
Maintain accurate records to meet district and state standards
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active New Hampshire SLP License
New Hampshire DOE Certification for school-based services
ASHA CCC preferred
School or pediatric experience strongly valued
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Position Details:
Type: Full-time, onsite
Schedule: MondayFriday during regular school hours
Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district priorities)
