School-Based Physical Therapist - Kingston, Pennsylvania

A skilled Physical Therapist is needed for a part-time position supporting K-12 students within a school-based setting in Kingston, PA. This temporary contract role spans the ESY (Extended School Year) program from June 24, 2025, through July 31, 2025, with approximately 10.5 hours per week scheduled from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and interventions for students across three locations.
• Manage a caseload that includes 8 students at one site, and 1 student each at two additional sites.
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to promote student progress and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state licensing regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience delivering pediatric and school-based physical therapy services.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to travel between multiple school locations within the designated district.
