Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Contract
Location: Campbellsville, KY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Duration: 13 Weeks
Hours: 40 hours/week (No weekends, No call)

Position Overview:
A respected home health agency in the Campbellsville area is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-home care to adult and geriatric patients. This role is ideal for an RN who can work independently, manage a consistent caseload, and meet timely documentation requirements.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Kentucky

• Minimum of 1 year recent home health experience

• Strong knowledge of OASIS-E documentation (2448 hour turnaround required)

• Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) strongly preferred

• Reliable transportation and active drivers license

• Ability to manage patient visits across a defined territory

Responsibilities Include:

• Complete initial and follow-up skilled nursing visits

• Perform patient assessments and update care plans as needed

• Collaborate with physicians and care team members

• Educate patients and caregivers on disease processes and treatment plans

• Accurately and promptly document in the EMR system
