About the Role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess student strengths and needs, create individualized plans, and deliver interventions that promote engagement and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and prepare clear reports

• Develop treatment plans aligned with each students IEP goals

• Provide interventions for fine motor skills, sensory integration, and self-care abilities

• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to monitor progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and share professional recommendations

• Maintain organized records in compliance with district and state standards

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active New Jersey Occupational Therapy License

• New Jersey DOE Certification for school-based practice

• Prior school or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Position Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours

• Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district needs)
