Minimum Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of M ichigan

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.

• At least one year of clinical experience (home care experience preferred).

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
