Speech Therapist- Full-time

MaineGeneral Health is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dedicated Rehab team, providing care across Glenridge and Gray Birch, two of our long-term care and rehabilitation facilities in Augusta. What Youll Do:

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings

• Document progress and communicate effectively with the care team

• Educate and support patients, caregivers, and families across the care continuum

• Contribute to discharge planning and recommend appropriate support resources

• Supervise clinical fellows, students, and support staff as needed

What You Bring:

• Maine State Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) by ASHA (preferred, or within 1 year)

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred)
