Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) to join our team in the San Francisco, CA Metropolitan Area for the 20252026 school year. This full-time, school-based role provides an excellent opportunity to complete your Clinical Fellowship Year with support from experienced mentors in a collaborative educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations of students speech, language, and communication abilities under supervision.

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the IEP team.

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services in individual and group formats.

• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support students academic and communication success.

• Document therapy sessions, student progress, and assessments in accordance with school and state guidelines.

• Attend IEP and staff meetings and participate in interdisciplinary team discussions.

• Receive ongoing mentorship and support from certified SLPs throughout your fellowship.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

• Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) and application for California licensure in progress.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical skills.

• A passion for working with children and helping them achieve communication success.

• Familiarity with school-based therapy or pediatric populations is a plus.

• Experience with IEP documentation systems (e.g., SEIS) is helpful but not required.
