Soliant is seeking a licensed and passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a supportive school district in Shelton, Washington for the 20252026 school year . This full-time, school-based position offers the chance to work with students across various grade levels, helping them improve mobility, access, and participation in school activities.

• Provide physical therapy services to students with mobility and motor challenges

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals

• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans to support student needs

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of services and progress

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

• Active Washington State Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain before start)

• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
