Soliant is excited to partner with a school district in Gilroy, California seeking a dedicated full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 20252026 academic year. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team focused on supporting students' communication development and academic achievement.

Whether youre a licensed SLP or a Clinical Fellow, youll find a supportive environment where your skills can make a meaningful difference in students lives.

• Conduct assessments and provide speech-language therapy tailored to student needs

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

• Monitor and document student progress regularly

• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

• Valid California SLP license or eligibility to obtain before start date

• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellow status accepted

• Experience in school-based settings is preferred but not mandatory

• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
