Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations for individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessment results.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with privacy laws and ethical standards.
Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and training.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP position)
Strong understanding of speech and language development, as well as therapeutic techniques.
State licensure (or ability to obtain licensure) in state
Enthusiasm for working with children or adults with a variety of speech and language disorders.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
