Your Mission:
As the Clinical Director, you'll be the driving force behind our Respiratory Therapy program's success by:
- Managing Clinical Operations: Oversee instructor performance, student placements, and clinical site relationships
- Ensuring Educational Excellence: Develop clinical objectives, evaluate student competency, and maintain accreditation standards
- Building Community Partnerships: Secure new clinical sites and strengthen existing healthcare collaborations
- Mentoring Future Therapists: Provide hands-on instruction and guidance to students in both classroom and clinical settings
- Maintaining Compliance: Ensure all program requirements meet state, national, and accreditation standards
We're Looking For:
- Licensed RRT/RCP with 4+ years clinical experience (including 2+ years in education)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (Respiratory Therapy focus preferred)
- Proven leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicator who thrives in both academic and clinical environments
- Tech-savvy professional proficient in Microsoft Office and educational platforms
