What You'll Do:
Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy services in an outpatient setting
Treat a wide variety of conditions including orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehab, chronic pain, and cumulative trauma disorders
Support injury prevention and return-to-function through services such as post-offer employment screenings and early symptom intervention programs
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient outcomes
Maintain thorough and timely documentation within our EMR system

What We're Looking For:
Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible) in the state of Kentucky
Strong clinical skills with a patient-first mindset
Prior experience in outpatient rehab preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
