Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is based in Peoria, AZ, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a school setting. The position is a contracted role for the upcoming school year, offering approximately 37.5 hours per week. You will join a collaborative team of three onsite SLPs dedicated to providing quality care and support to a diverse student population. Responsibilities include conducting speech and language assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy services tailored to each student's needs. You'll work closely with educators, families, and other professionals to promote communication skills essential for academic success. The role supports a variety of pediatric speech and language disorders and incorporates both direct therapy and teletherapy services as appropriate. Ideal candidates will hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology and have experience in healthcare settings, pediatrics, and school environments. Those currently completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are also encouraged to apply. A strong background in teletherapy is desirable to accommodate remote service delivery when necessary.
