We are seeking a qualified and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students for the 2025-2026 school year in Santa Maria, CA. This is a full-time, onsite position working with a collaborative team in a school-based setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students in accordance with their IEPs Conduct assessments and evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans and goals Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support student success Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology California SLP license or eligibility ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Prior school-based experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills
