Clinical Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions addressing speech sound production, language development, and communication effectiveness. Your expertise will guide assessment procedures, treatment planning, and progress evaluation through evidence-based practices adapted for virtual environments. Documentation, IEP participation, and family communication are integral components of this comprehensive role. Caseload Characteristics Students typically span grades K-8, presenting with articulation disorders, expressive and receptive language delays, fluency concerns, and social communication challenges. Work Structure Maintain a professional schedule of 35-36.5 hours per week from your home office, with session timing coordinated to optimize student availability and learning readiness. Essential Requirements Active New Mexico Speech Language Pathologist license and current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence are mandatory.
