You'll manage a caseload of 42-48 students, delivering personalized interventions that promote communication success. Service Delivery Model Provide individual and group therapy sessions using state-of-the-art virtual platforms designed specifically for speech therapy. Your expertise will address articulation disorders, language delays, fluency challenges, and social communication needs. The virtual format opens creative possibilities for engaging therapy activities while maintaining clinical effectiveness. Student Demographics Work with students ranging from early elementary through middle school levels, each presenting unique communication challenges and goals. Common service areas include phonological processes, vocabulary development, narrative skills, and pragmatic language abilities. Diverse caseload composition ensures professional growth and clinical variety. Professional Responsibilities Lead comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress through data collection and analysis. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to ensure coordinated support. Maintain accurate documentation, participate in IEP meetings, and provide consultative services as needed. Mandatory Qualifications Active Kentucky Speech Language Pathologist licensure and current ASHA CCC-SLP certification are required.
