A school district in Conroe is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time, school-based role is ideal for an experienced and passionate SLP ready to provide services to a diverse K-12 student population. The SLP will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech and language therapy services, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting students' communication needs to promote academic and social success. Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across K-12 settings Conduct evaluations and comprehensive assessments Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers Attend IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided Support inclusive classroom practices and help create accessible learning environments Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Texas Speech-Language Pathology License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Benefits: Competitive hourly pay Weekly direct deposit (W2) Health, dental, and vision insurance options Professional development and continuing education support Supportive and collaborative school team Apply Now!
