This role offers flexibility for full-time or part-time scheduling to meet student needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students' occupational therapy needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-help skills, and school participation Provide direct therapy services to students Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into the educational environment Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and required paperwork Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy Active Washington OT license School-based experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
