Pediatric Speech Therapist in Rogers, AR

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with pediatric experience is needed for a contract position serving K-12 students on a single campus with elementary, middle, and high school locations close together in Rogers, AR. Services will be provided to a mixed caseload of students ranging in age from 5 years through high school. The role includes supporting two additional students attending private schools nearby, with services delivered at their respective schools. Responsibilities include assessing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in a school setting, collaborating with educators and the Special Education Supervisor, who will provide direct supervision. The therapist will work an 8-hour day, 4 days per week, using teletherapy and in-person methods as appropriate. This position does not currently include supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) or use of VOCO technology. Key Qualifications and Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school environments Ability to provide services via teletherapy Eligibility to work as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) clinician welcomed Comfortable managing a mixed caseload across multiple age groups This contract offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic school community.
