Onsite Physical Therapist (PT) K12 District-Wide

Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Yelm Community Schools is seeking a dedicated and qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to serve students district-wide (K-12) for the 2025-2026 school year . This is a 100% onsite position no virtual/remote services (voco) permitted. You'll work closely with special education teams to provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and support student access and mobility in the educational environment. Position Details: Start: Fall 2025 (aligned with school year calendar) Schedule: 7.5 hours/day Setting: In-person only, district-wide across multiple school sites Caseload: K-12 students with varied physical therapy needs Requirements: Valid Washington State PT License/Certification Must be fingerprinted through OSPI or willing to complete the process before start date School-based experience preferred but not required Strong collaboration and communication skills
