Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A specialized opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work onsite at an early childhood school setting located in Fort Irwin, CA. This contract position is designed for those passionate about supporting the communication development of young children, with a focus on the youngest students. Key responsibilities for this role include: Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for early childhood students Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication needs Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress Documenting student performance and maintaining accurate records Participating in team meetings and contributing to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development Ideal candidates will possess: A current and valid Speech-Language Pathology license Experience working with early childhood populations, preferably in a school setting Strong knowledge of speech and language development milestones Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively onsite within a multidisciplinary team Location: Fort Irwin, California (onsite position)
