We are hiring for multiple Full time positions throughout the Crestview, Fort Walton Beach, Laurel Hill, and Shalimar areas. Current Openings Include: Walker Elementary (Crestview, FL) - Traditional Full time placement Richbourg Middle School (Crestview, FL) - Full-time K-22 with AAC experience required Edwins Elementary & Meigs Middle School (Fort Walton Beach, FL) - 3-day/2-day float Laurel Hill, K12 Davidson, Walker Elementary (Laurel Hill, FL) - Floating SLP across 3 schools Longwood, Kenwood, Elliott Point (Shalimar, FL) - Rotating 2-day/2-day/2-day coverage Riverside Elementary & Richbourg (Crestview, FL) - 2-day/3-day split Bob Sikes Elementary & Northwood (Crestview, FL) - 2-day/3-day split Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and develop IEPs for students with speech/language impairments Provide direct therapy in individual and small-group settings Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents Maintain timely and compliant documentation Travel between school sites (for float roles) Qualifications: Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility) Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Prior school-based experience preferred AAC experience required for Richbourg Middle School role Strong communication, organization, and flexibility Why Join Us?
