Job Details The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, treatment and discharge planning of all patients referred for their given services. The PT is an integral healthcare providers accountable to assist the patient to progress to their highest level of physical, cognitive, linguistic, and swallowing function. Works in conjunction with other allied health care professionals to coordinate treatment plans and care. Has primary responsibility for mentorship and advancement of care in area of specialty practice. Job Description Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program. AND Experience: 2-3 years of clinical practice required. Valid PA state license in Physical Therapy. BLS, CPR certification required.
