Patient Services Coordinator

Job Summary Our client is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the check-in process at the Carmel location. This position requires an individual who enjoys working in fast-paced settings and has excellent interpersonal skills to warmly welcome patients. Key Responsibilities Greeting patients upon arrival and collecting identification and demographic information. Conducting pre-registration and ensuring all necessary information is collected before appointments. Reviewing online faxes to update patient files and collecting insurance information. Assisting with patient collections, including copays and deductibles. Scheduling patient appointments and referrals. Checking in 15-20 patients per day. Supporting phone line for patient questions, appointment confirmations/cancellations, and referrals. Qualifications Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems; comfortable with SRS and Next Tech. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office setting is required. Skills Proficiency in working with EMR systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for patient interaction.
