This position is accountable for the assessment, treatment, and management of patients with motor, sensory, perceptual, and/or cognitive impairments affecting functional independence and active participation in daily living. Assists in the orientation, training, and oversight of student interns and new employees. Participates in professional growth activities intended to develop and improve patient care delivery.

EXPERIENCE: * Minimum of six (6) months of pediatric experience preferred. * Bilingual skills desirable. * Inpatient feeding experience preferred. EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: * 4-year College Degree in Occupational Therapy required, Master's Degree preferred. * Current California Occupational Therapy license required. * HeartCode Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer into position required. * National Board of Occupational Therapist certification is preferred.
