In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and their families, ensuring comfort, dignity, and optimal quality of life. Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients. Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements. Home Health experience is preferred but not required. Qualifications: Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams One (1) year of clinical experience is preferred.
