Shift Requirements: 8-10 Hour Flexible Day shifts
Weekends: no weekends

Required Certifications: BLS and WI PT license. NPI # required. If the candidate does not have one, they need to start the process of applying for a NPI # in order to start.

Minimum Experience: 2+ yrs. General PT/Ortho skills. Inpatient experience required
Charting Experience: Epic highly Preferred
Unit Specific Skillset: 8-10 patients. Inpatient only
Business Casual Attire. Scrub Color: any color
Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely
