Position Overview: We're seeking a talented Licensed Aesthetician and/or Certified Massage Therapist with 1-3 years of experience and a strong focus on lymphatic drainage massage. The ideal candidate has a passion for holistic beauty and wellness, understands the value of high-tech treatments, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. A sales-driven mindset is essential-someone who can confidently recommend treatments and packages tailored to client goals. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual and/or machine-assisted lymphatic drainage treatments using advanced devices (training provided if needed). Conduct skin and body consultations to personalize treatment plans. Educate clients on wellness benefits and post-treatment care. Promote membership packages, treatment upgrades, and retail products with confidence and authenticity. Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting treatment room. Collaborate with a team of experts to deliver a five-star client experience. Uphold all licensing and sanitation standards set by the State of California. Competitive pay + tips.
