Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist (DPT)

**Location:** Big Rock Physical Therapy, Morehead City, NC

**Job Type:** Full-Time preferred / will consider Part-Time

**Schedule:** Monday-Friday

**Compensation:** Competitive. Based on experience and certifications. Bonus opportunities available

We are looking to expand our team with a skilled and compassionate **Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist (DPT)** who shares our commitment to excellence.

**Position Summary:**

The Pelvic Floor DPT will assess and treat a diverse population of patients with pelvic health conditions including urinary/fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, postpartum recovery, and pre/postnatal care. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care and improve patient outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**

- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction using evidence-based practices

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

- Educate patients on self-management strategies and home exercise programs

- Maintain clear and timely documentation

- Collaborate with referring providers, OB/GYNs, urologists, and other specialists

- Participate in continuing education and staff development initiatives

**Qualifications:**

- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

- Current NC Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)

- Completion of Level 1 Pelvic Floor coursework (Herman and Wallace or APTA)

- Minimum 1 year of experience in pelvic health preferred (new grads with strong pelvic floor training will be considered)

- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient rapport-building skills

- Commitment to patient-centered care and lifelong learning

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Additional training in internal manual therapy techniques

- Experience with pregnancy/postpartum populations

- Interest in public education or community outreach
