Respiratory Therapist - Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for the clinical and technical leadership of the Respiratory Care staff.
• Ensure effective daily operation over area of responsibility.
• Encompass responsibility for administering respiratory care under a physician's order including, but not limited to, all types of oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, intubation, arterial puncture and analysis, and mechanical ventilation of adult/pediatric/neonatal patients.
• Will plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy and facilitates the rental of equipment as needed.
• Understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values and management of patient care services.
