Licensed Massage Therapist Independent Contractor
Location: Issaquah, WA (On-site)

Job Type:
Contract | Part-Time or Full-Time; hours to be discussed at interview but will include Sundays and approximately 2 afternoons/evenings a week.
Potential to transition to employee as the business grows.

Job Description:
We're seeking a licensed massage therapist (LMT) who is compassionate and dependable to join our values-driven team as an independent contractor.

What We Provide:
Competitive contractor commission ($45-$60/hr DOE + Tips)
100% of tips go to therapist
No show/cancellation fee paid to therapist
All linens, supplies, marketing, and booking system included

What Were Looking For:
Current Washington State Massage License
Strong communication and client care skills
Reliable, professional, and grounded
Comfortable working independently
Passionate about holistic wellness and client-centered care
Interested in long-term collaborative setting
Interested in evolving with the business
Already credentialed with Kaiser Permanente and Aetna insurances or willing/able to go through the credentialing process

To be discussed at interview but will include Sundays and 2 afternoon/evenings a week
