- Guide patients through remote equipment setup and ensure safe, effective usage.
- Conduct titration studies and complete documentation within one hour per patient.
- Perform remote service calls, troubleshoot issues, and document outcomes.
- Maintain an up-to-date appointment calendar to ensure timely patient care.
- Serve as a clinical resource, supporting both patients and internal teams.
- Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
- Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Experience with cardio-pulmonary disease management and oxygen therapy.
- Strong independent work ethic and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for patient education and support.
